Sourcing We are a contract manufacturer in the broadest sense – we can work with components that you supply or we can source and supply them for you. Our extensive industry knowledge and network of suppliers enables us to source products and components on your behalf to exacting specifications and competitive prices.
Packing, Carding and Collation From simple tumble-packing into bulk boxes through to collation into shelf-ready retail packaging we can make sure that your product arrives how, where and as it should. A popular and effective presentation involves the sachet being glued to a larger fold out card. This allows for the inclusion of promotional information or vouchers that would not fit on a standard sachet – Design Plus can offer the full turnkey service of sachet manufacture, card sourcing and final assembly at competitive and cost effective prices.
Printing This is an area of out-sourcing in which we specialise – rather than print our own laminate as an “add on” service we trust the experts and work with a small team of tried and trusted suppliers. We manage the whole process from the provision of your artwork so that we can still provide the “one stop shop” experience for our customers. Our sachets present a print quality second to none and many of our laminates have received awards from the European Flexographic Technical Association.
