Company Profile
Design Plus Packaging is a well-established yet forward thinking company specialising in the manufacture of sachets and impregnated wipes. Sachets can be made in a broad range of sizes and styles which can be filled with creams, gels, liquids and powders as well as other inserts. We also specialise in the filling, labelling and packaging of plastic and plastic laminate tubes. Design Plus are based in newly-built, custom designed premises ideally located just one mile from Junction 34 of the M6. We place a strong emphasis on operating a clean, well-organised and efficient manufacturing working environment utilising recognised "Lean Manufacturing" techniques implemented in conjunction with The Manufacturing Institute.
To complement our manufacturing operations, we offer a full contract packing service where products can be boxed, labelled and shrink wrapped ready for the point of sale. Design Plus prides itself in being able to offer its customers the ability to develop ideas with its bespoke product development service. Through this function we can provide full project management, product design and trials, testing where required and finally manufacture with contract packaging where required. The philosophy at Design Plus is to offer our customers a "concept to client" service. Using our extensive experience we can offer advice on formulations and design work as well as packaging formats, and we are able to provide full project management and manufacturing facilities to customers who want a reliable single source of sachet manufacture, tube filling and contract packing services.
